Epoxy Floor Finish is a high performance teo-pack epoxy resin based paint cured by polyamide activator. It has excellent protection against fresh and salt water, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and resistant to crude and heavy oils. Suitable for use on cement and steel surfaces where high degree of chemical, oil and abrasion resistance is required.

701 UNDERCOAT WHITE is one component high build alkyd solvent based primer. It has good filling properties to wooden surfaces and good build to metal substrate. It gives low gloss finishing to painted surfaces.
Applications

• As primer in a multi-coat coating system. Most suitable for use in wooden surfaces, metal, GI and etc.

KTH 911 1K Acrylic Finish (TPA) is a water clear transparent gloss finish, formulated solvent based acrylic. It can be used for both interior and exterior application. It has good levelling, good penetration into painted substrate and thus protects the painted surfaces. It possess very good clarity, thus able to maintain and highlight the beauty of the background substrate color.

KTH 901 1K ALKYD FINISH is a transparent high gloss oil based alkyd finish for both interior and exterior use. It gives high gloss finishing to the painted surfaces.

KTH 903 2K PU Clear Gloss is a economical, ready for use, fast drying polyurethane finish for interior use. It has good gloss retention, good flow and levelling properties. Suitable for light and heavy industrial use.

KTH 905 2K PU Clear high gloss is a premium, fast drying polyurethane finish for both interior and exterior use. It has outstanding outdoor weathering performance, excellent gloss retention, good flow and levelling properties. Suitable for light and heavy industrial use.

KTH AC 750 RED OXIDE PRIMER is fast dry, single component high build alkyd solvent based primer. It is economical and general purpose primer for most general industrial steel structural painting. It has good hiding power and good build; and gives low gloss finishing to painted surfaces. A suitable top-coat should be painted over to enhance the performance of the oxide primer.

KTH AC 736 GREY GREEN PRIMER is single component solvent based anti-corrosion primer. It is incorporated with non-heavy metal types of rust inhibitive pigment to enable active corrosion protection to the steel substrate. It has good hiding power, good build and gives low gloss finishing to painted surfaces.

KTH 7798 ALUMINIUM PAINT is a single component solvent based aluminium paint. It is has fast drying time, thus most suitable for industrial steel structural work. It gives silvery and semi-gloss finishing to painted surfaces.
 
Applications

• As primer or top coat in a multi-coat coating system. Most suitable for use on steel, GI and others surfaces.

KTH MULTI-SEALER is a water base paste which can form a durable and flexible polymer protective screen to protect surface after drying. The 3 in 1 function included Waterproofing, crack-proof, mildew. It is most useful for waterproofing, pre-casting joints, roof-tops, cement surface, walls and ceilings, concrete tiles, roof-gutter area, asbestos cements, zinc and roof slates.

KTH Bonding Latex is a multipurpose high quality Latex admixture specially formulated for use with cement based Tile Adhesive, Tile Grout, Cement or Cement-Sand mortar. It will substantially improve the adhesion strength, water resistance, wear resistance and workability of the cement mixes.

KTH SPIRIT (METHANOL) is fast drying, non-active thinner for cleaning use. It may not suitable for thinning paint. For paint thinning, please refer to KTH Lacquer Thinner 500, KTH GP 459 thinner, or KTH Kerosene (Turpentine).
